At the same time, JENTEK also helps all its customer organisation in head hunting with appropriate emphasis on necessary competence level, background qualifications, experience, skill and training. Whenever there is any gap between the required competence level and actual background of an otherwise suitable incumbent, JENTEK arranges for bridging the gap through proper, theoritical and practical training/workshops.
